Delivery of Digital Products
Access to API Key:
- Upon successful completion of sign up on the Unstructured API portal, users will be provisioned a unique API key to access our digital product.

Delivery Timeline:
- API keys are issued upon successful completion of sign-up in the API portal.
- If there are delays due to technical issues, customers will be notified within 24 hours.
Account Setup
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address and contact information provided during purchase is correct and accessible.

Currency for Purchases
- All purchases are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
- Customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional charges applied by their bank or payment provider.
Refund Policy
